Apex Window Films' DIY Video Series "How to Install Security Window Film"
This short DIY video series is specifically created for safety and security window films. Because security window films, sometimes called laminates, shatterproof, or anti-shatter window films, are thicker than many other types of window film they require tools that are more heavy-duty and a little more effort on the part of the installer.
All three segments of the video should be viewed before attempting to install saftey or security window films for the first time. Part 1 will go over tools and supplies you will need. Part 2 covers glass preparation and cleaning. Part 3 demonstrates how to install security window film on regular annealed glass.
